Reservations & Payment:

Reservations may be done by email. Payment for any tour can be made by deposit.

• We require a 50 % deposit to confirm a reservation, 35 days before the tour/service date.

• Full payment can be pay in cash the first day of the tour/service date.
  

• Late reservations will be taken depending on availability.
  

Cancelation & Refunds:

All cancellations must be received in writing by fax or via email (confirming reception Ecoadventure Costa Rica).

• We'll refund 90% (Minus fees incurred by banks) of the tour price in all cancellations received in our office until 30 days before the tour/service date.

• We'll refund 50% (Minus fees incurred by banks) of all cancellations received in our office between 30 and 15 days before the tour/service date.

• No refunds will be made on cancellations received in our office less than 15 days before the tour/service date or once a tour has begun.

These are our policies, but if you must cancel for any reason and we have not paid deposits to our providers, we'll always try to refund as much as possible.

One & Half Day MTB Tours In San Ramón:

• Full payment is due 24 hours before the tour start.

• Late reservations will be taken depending on availability.
  

• No refunds will be made on cancellations received in our office less than 24 hours before the tour start.

One & Half Day Tours In Arenal Volcano And Hotel Reservation:

• Full payment in tours reservations is due 15 days before the tour/service date.

• Full payment in hotel reservations is due 15 days before the tour/service date.

Responsibility: The payment of the deposit or any partial or full payment for a reservation on a tour shall constitute consent to all provisions listed under "Terms & Conditions" here. These provisions are hereby incorporated by reference in this notice, and participants are advised to take notice. EcoAdventure Costa Rica is the principal tour operator for these tours and is responsible to the participants for all arrangements and for all tour services and accommodations offered. EcoAdventure Costa Rica its agents and employees shall not be responsible for personal injuries or property damage, death, loss or delay, or change of itinerary incurred by any person or tour participant arising out of the act of negligence of any direct or supplemental carrier, hotel, or other person rendering any of these services, or accommodations being offered in these tours, cancelation by reasons of any event beyond the actual control of EcoAdventure Costa Rica or of any agent or supplier, or due to force majeure. Tour participants follow the suggested itinerary at their own risk and agree not to hold EcoAdventure Costa Rica responsible for injury or death resulting from accidents. The tour operator reserves the right to substitute hotels, restaurants, routes or other services listed in the itinerary with comparable services if necessary. Activities involved in active travel and the tours described in our catalogs and on our web site are physically demanding, strenuous and potentially dangerous. By reserving space on a tour, tour participants acknowledge that they are in suitable physical and mental condition to perform the activities described. At the discretion of employees of EcoAdventure Costa Rica participants failing to meet these physical and mental requirements, or participants deemed harmful or disruptive to other participants' enjoyment of the tour, may be asked to leave the tour, with no refund applicable.
